More details about reservations:
DEPOSIT - A minimum deposit of one nights lodging is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation. This deposit will be credited to your account or refunded if you cancel 15 days before the reserved date less a $30.00 service charge. If your reservation is made 15 days or less of your arrival date, the reservation can be held with a credit card. Weekends during July & August require a 3 night minimum stay and in October we require a 2 night minimum. Deposits will be for 2 & 3 nights respectively.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please notify the office if you will require a late check-in. Check-out can be extended with prior notice depending on availability.
HOLIDAY RATES: On long holiday weekends when Monday is a holiday, the rate for Sunday and Monday will be at the weekend rate. Also included in the Holiday rate is the Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving and the Christmas holiday season from December 15 to January 1.
CANCELLATION POLICY. We observe a 15 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservations before 15 days of the reserved date a refund will be issued less $30.00 service charge. If you cancel within 15 days of the reserved date, yor deposit is non-refundable. We will however, give you one year to reuse your prepaid time here. |
