  • General Questions
    Where in the Berkshires are you located? We are located in the Southern Berkshires, three miles away from the New York border in Western Massachusetts. What is close by to do? We are conviently located near Tanglewood and the Norman Rockwell Museum. If you visit during the winter months, there are several ski resorts near by too such as Catamount Ski Resort or Butternut. If you visit during the summer, there are plenty of outdoor activities to do in the area, such as the Berkshire Botanical Garden. We also have a list of nearby attractions under the 'See & Do' section of our website. Are their hiking trails near you? Yes, we have several hiking trails near us. You can find a list of trails under the outdoor activities section under 'See & Do.' Is breakfast included? Yes! A contiental breakfast is conviently provided in your suite upon your arrival. Subsitutions and special requests can be made as well. You can find more details under our amenties and policies page. Are there any restaurants near you? Yes, we have a couple in walking distance from the Inn and in surrounding communities. You can find a list of nearby restaurants here and in your welcome booklet in your suite. Do you have seasonal rates? Yes, our peak season is June 1st - October 31st.
  • Pet Questions
    How many dogs can I bring? You can bring up to three dogs with you. There is a $25 pet fee per stay during your stay and you can find more details here. Can I bring my cat? Yes! We will allow no more than three cats. There is a $30 pet fee per stay. Is there a size limitation for my pet? No, but we do have a policy where pets should not disturb other guests. Guests should also be aware that they will be responible for any damages in the room. Do you have dog sitters? No, but we can provide a recommendation for pet sitting services in the area. Are there pet friendly restaurants around? We can make recommendations for pet friendly restaurants, but please call the establishment before you arrive to confirm. How many rooms are pet friendly? 6 out of the 9 rooms we have are pet friendly. You can find a list of our rooms with photos here.
  • COVID-19 Questions
    How do we check in? You can either choose to have a self check-in where a letter will be waiting for you outside our office. If you would like to do a self check-in, please make sure we have a credit card on file for you. Otherwise, we will ask for that information when you arrive. You are also welcome to call us so we can greet you and show you to your suite. Do we have to have Inn staff come into the room? No, if you prefer to have no one enter your room, we can make arrangements to change out your breakfast and towels during your stay. Do the rooms share a centralized ventilation system? No, each room has their own heating/cooling system. Are there any common areas? We have 9 private beautiful suites, all with private entrances. The only common area we have is the movies and games library on the second floor landing. You can find a list of our rooms with pictures here.   • Food Service Questions
    Where is breakfast served? Conviently right in the privacy of your suite! We provide your breakfast in the mini refrigerator before you arrive so you can enjoy it whenever you please the next morning. Are you vegetarian and vegan friendly? Yes! We do consider special requests and are happy to provide alternative options. Please visit the amenities and policies page for more information. What if I do not want breakfast? No problem! Please let us know the day before you arrive that you will not need breakfast for the following day. How do we get breakfast? Breakfast is in your suite when you arrive. It’s refreshed every day while you are out. If you want breakfast but don’t want anyone to enter your room, we can help you make arrangements to receive breakfast for the next day. What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions? No problem! We will make accommodations if necessary. Just let us know in the "special requests" box when booking your reservation online or give us a call. Is your breakfast freshly made or continental? Breakfast is continental. Food is prepared by our suppliers and stocked in your room upon your arrival. What time is breakfast served? Whenever you decide! Since breakfast is provided in your suite ahead of time, you can choose to eat it whenever you like.
