How do I add them to my reservation?

On page 2 of the checkout screen, click on the red box that says "8 available" under the Optional Extras section (at the top of the screen). Select the quantity for each item you want to add to your reservation and they will be automatically added to your total cost in the lower-right hand corner of the screen.
