**There is a three-night minimum on weekends from June through October. There is a two-night minimum on weekends from November through May. Selecting less than the minimum number of nights can make a room appear unavailable. Exceptions can be made, so please give us a call at 413-232-4600 to confirm availability. Some holidays may have minimum stay requirements also. Holiday rates are subject to change.**
